Client Artwork Usage Consent Agreement

1. Scope of Use

If you provide consent, you grant Genesis Private Label a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your artwork for promotional and marketing purposes across platforms such as:

• Our websites and online stores

• Social media platforms

• Printed and digital product catalogs

• Advertising and promotional content

• Internal brand and product presentations

2. Ownership

You retain full ownership of your artwork. This agreement does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to Genesis Private Label.

3. Modifications and Credit

• We may crop, scale, or modify artwork solely for formatting or display purposes.

• Attribution may be provided at our discretion, but is not guaranteed.

4. Revocation of Consent
