Return Policy
As every order is custom-produced to your unique specifications, all sales are final with the exception of errors, defects, or damages.
There is a 14-day return policy for errors, defects, or damages, which means you have 14 days from the date of your invoice (the ship date) to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us immediately of any errors, defects or damages so we can evaluate the situation and determine the remedy.
To initiate a return request please contact us at customerservice@genesisprivatelabel.com. Upon approval, we will send you a UPS return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving an approval will not be accepted.
Replacement Orders
The fastest, easiest, and simplest way to place a replacement order is to return the item(s) in question upon approval and place a new order for the replacement item(s).
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will contact you to confirm the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that, depending on the financial institution, it may take up to fourteen (14) days to post the refund.
